I think the rectangle prism video is more helpful because it explained everything through but the song just repeated itself over and over again.

I think the second one would help better for more understanding because it talked and showed pictures, but the other video sang the word so fast, you couldn't really make out the words, and sometimes people will want to listen, not read. The second one gave you the formula for volume, and it shows you where the things are on the cube. It also shows that the cube is a three-dimensional shape. they also show you that the base (length times width,) is two-dimensional shape. Even though it's only four seconds shorter, it does, in fact, give us better understanding than the other video.

I think the answer for this varies on the type of learner the person is. Personally, I am kind of a mix of all learning types, and I think the second video was a bit more helpful. It talks a lot more about patterns and vocabulary, unlike the first video. That was expected though, since the first video was a song and those need to sound good and everything. But, say if you were more of a musical learner, than I would understand why you find the first video more helpful, compared to a mathematical learner, or something else. One thing I love about both videos is that they can both work for a visual learner, since it's a video. They are also both interesting in it's own way. The first can be fun and exciting and the second can be challenging and exciting. That's what I think about the two videos.
