This video shows that if you use your cell phone often, it can cause back injuries, Myopia (near sightedness), Compulsion Loops, Nomophobia, changes in brain patterns and low sleep. Also, low sleep causes the chance to have Diabetes, Cancer and obesity. The “author” of this video is trying to tell us that using cell phones and other electronic devices may change us but they aren’t really bad if you use them properly.

Going on your phone to much can cause severe symptoms . In addition it doesn't give you enough time to be you in the real world. It can cause cancer from not getting enough sleep because your on it during bed time hours. Also Phones do have a lot of cool new content but so could reality. You can play new games try new sports or even just read . All these things will help you just take a vacation away from your phone . And acknowledge the real world and all the great things take time to think and relax. And the next few days you will feel like a sunflower blooming..

I think the author thinks that electronics are bad for you because he spent most of the video explaining about the bad things witch makes it obvious that he is not a fan of devices.
