I think these are all good ways to help when you are angry and even when your not for some of them like box breathing you can do that anytime just to feel calm or start your day off good (just like Mr Meyer does).

I really like this video. this video shows when you are angry you should stay calm. Thats why I like this video.

I sometimes do the box breathing technique sometimes when I get in fights with my big brother. (PS. We get in fights like every day so I do it a lot. Thanks for showing me the other techniques though. I also sometimes do those now.) I also just do it sometimes for no reason. But it feels amazing after I do it.

This video is actually great. It is great because when you are feeling angry, there are multiple techniques to call me yourself down. Just one of the techniques is box breathing. Box breathing is when you inhale for four seconds. Then hold it for four seconds. Then exhale for four seconds. Lastly, you hold for four seconds. Visit this technique is truly special because all different sports athletes use this to calm selves down before a game or if they get angry. that is why this video is truly great.
