This video shows you how gratitudes can change your day and help you physically and mentally a gratitude is a form of writing what we do in class and write it down every day and it makes me feel good and probably makes others feel good. This is another way if you’re not if you’re not really believing in yourself and you really can’t do and you’re saying you can’t do it just write down write down right write these things down and then just keep repeating to yourself. This is what I like. this is what helps me I am Get back to whatever you’re doing. Gratitude are a great thing. They’re like being kind when you be kind, you’re helping out others you’re probably And kindness is a way to show that your thankful for the person to be kind to help out others and when you help out others, you’re being kind and being kind as ass to respectful when you’re respectful, you respect others and give them hope you should always believe in yourself, and never not believe in yourself because when you never believe in yourself, you’ll never accomplish good things in life, but when you believe in yourself, and keep trying, you always accomplish good things in life
