It is very interesting to see how meditation can calm you. it can lower stress levels and increase tolerance to pain. It even increases memory, self awareness and goal setting, which I need more of. I enjoy how it can help relieve levels of anger and make you happier. even if you have shortening telomere, meditating will produce DNA to re-lengthen it.

I think it is very interesting how meditation can calm your body. It is cool how it lowers your stress, increases memory raises tolerance pain. I think it is amazing how 2-5 mins of meditation can make all of your anger go away and make you way way happier. If you do a meditation video that has mostly drawings and you look at the drawings you see them in your head and you get the message or the meaning of the drawings and you think that you can do some of the stuff like calm your body by relaxing so any meditation can help your body or you. That is why I think meditation can calm your body make you happier and Bealve that you can do anything. By

Did you know that Mediation can give you higher levels on Alpha waves, which can increase your empathy? Meditation is has an extremely helpful and positive effect on humans. Meditating can improve your health and increase your happiness and empathy. Meditating is super good for you!
