Really interesting! This explains why when my friends and I watch a movie on an Ipad we take longer to go to sleep than spending the night playing outside.

Interesting! I Iearned that the blue light is taken into your eyes by wavelinks and that different wavelinks make different color sensations in your mind. Now I know why people stay up late watching tv.

I remember reading during WW1 or WW2, the British had a goggle that when you put it on it looks like a sunrise. This was suppose to keep the solders awake during night.

That was really interesting! I can't wait to try it out. I learned that you should stop going on electronics early so your eyes and brain know it's evening and time to go to sleep.

I learned that when you are playing on your phone late at night it gives off a blue light that tells your body that it is day time. This doesn't allow you to go to sleep.

I would think that a tablet has more blue light than a phone.

My mom used to go on her phone right before bed and she could never fall asleep. That proves my point of my last comment. :)

Did you know that now, most electronics have a comfort or red light that can help you sleep when you have been on your phone or tablet. My amazon kindle has a red light that helps me stop thinking about my game when I lay down to sleep.

Yes this can happen sometimes when it is time to go to bed you just get so tempted to go on your phone or device. This happens because there can be so much things on a device fun, crazy ,games and more . Did you know the average person spends 3 hours and 15 minutes on it a day ( mind blown ) . A good time limit might be 1 hour on week days to focus on your work and 2 hours on weekends because you might have more freetime. Also looking at your screen for a extended period of time causes you to blink less and which deprives your eyes of moisture . Deprives means to take something away from you .

I've heard of blue light because I know it gives some people headaches and they need goggles but I never knew it keeps you awake too. That is crazy. It's cool how your brain does that and that is how it determines time.
