I think that it is really cool that a little boy is able to use a 3d printed prosthetic arm to do daily everyday things. I also think that it is so cool to have a dad who cares about you that much, as to give his son a prosthetic arm.

Wow, I cannot believe that a normal prosthetic hand would cost a couple thousand dollars, while a 3-D printed one that works the same costs only $5. I also think that the person who invented this technology is very generous for giving his 3-D print instructions for free. However, you should make it free for who ever needs these kinds of technology, but cannot afford to get one from the doctor's office. Another point is that whenever the prosthetic needs replacement, the person can easily print a new one. This is an efficient, low costing way to get individuals what the need. This is very amazing. I hope this shows the doctors that they can give people what they need but not charge too much. Although, I guess they do because they need money to support themselves, but that is another story. If we could 3-D print other things like prosthetic legs and other gadgets humans need, then it would be cheap and great for our community. I hope this goes everywhere around the globe so we can do more things costing less money.

I think it’s a smart idea by using a 3D printer! Why couldn’t people think of that before I also love how happy he is about is arm. The boy is very unique and his arm looks way better that a normal prosthetic.

One word. WOW. That kid got a prosthetic hand that wasn't that expensive. Normal ones cost a lot but in the video it said it was like $5 or $10. The dad said that normal ones would cost like 20,000 dollars. From $5 to $20,000. That is a big differnece. This coiuld help a lot of people who don't have the money to get a prothetic hand.

I think that it is really cool to have a prosthetic arm that works just as well as a real one. And, there are a lot of Bennifits to having one. Like not feeling pain, and most importantly, looking cool while you do it. I also think that it is really cool to have a dad that lookes after you so much as to make you one of those cool arms. It takes a lot of love to do that. And if anyone makes fun of that love, then they are maniacs. That kid must have a great life and a great dad. And it takes a lot of currege to live a life with a prosthetic, so go Leon for not saying life was unfair, and enjoying what he has now. Because if you don’t enjoy what you have now, you are living an incomplete life.

I think this is a great video on no matter what the problem, you should never give up. Every problem has a solution, and he definitely thought of a great one.

I really liked the video. I thought this video was truly magical. I really liked that you could have made a prosthetic hand by a 3D printer. I also fund it very kind of the guy to figure out how you can make a home made prosthetic hand and then share it on the internet for that anyone could do it. It was very sad when the father of the boy said seeing his one handed boy for the first time was very sad to them, and I could imagine. Imagine you having one hand, you wouldn't be able to hold anything big, plus, probably even writing is hard, because most of us when we write we use two hands, one to grab the pencil and the other to hold down the paper, imagine if you can't hold the paper down, you would think easy, but then the pencil start to drag the paper to wherever you directed to, wouldn't that be sad? So, imagine you coming home and you receive a gift from your parents. You open it and it is a prosthetic hand.

I think it's cool how he needed a low cost prosthetic and found one. I never knew you could 3d print a prosthetic. It is cool how advanced our tech is. And to think that it 5 dollars instead of 20000! That is just awesome. I say this another but he saw a problem and fixed it I stead of getting stuck on the escalator.
