Teamwork is important because one person cant make all of these great ideas on their own. Everyone has different talnets and when you put them to together they make a super talnet.

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!Those penguins are so CUTE! But I need to focus... okay. Teamwork looks like (to me) 2 to infinity people working to achieve a goal and doing it nicely along the way. Teamwork is important because if you know how to work as a team then you can accomplish all your dreams by helping people, so they can help you back. Otherwise if you don't know how to work as a team, you won't be able to do any of those things.

Teamwork is important because if you work together your project, or paper will be more advanced, because two brains are better than one, when if you always work by your self your project, or paper won't be as advanced, because your only using one brain. Also, teamwork is important because it teaches you how to work together.

To me teamwork looks like two or more people working together and helping each other trying to meet a goal, or solve a problem while they are respecting one another and listening to each others ideas.

I just finished a pt. in Back in Time w/ Thomas Edison, and it states that Thomas Edison and his helpers were determined to make a filament so the lightbulb would catch on fire or explode. After learning from their mistakes and sharing each others ideas for filaments they invented the LIGHT BULB!! :)
