We did this yoga in class and is was very fun but awkward. I learned from this just how important exercising is no matter how you do it

This actually is whAt we do EVERY time before any sort of test! I didnt actualLy know that oncE you hold your ear it starts to make that side of your brain more focused! This actually could really help people if they are stressed, or maybe need to re focus onto a certain task!
