Hey Mr. Meyer! Are you at Stony Creek this year? Anyway, Middle School is going really well. I made Honors math and accepted and I have lost the ability to be able to get everything taught to me. It's pretty darn hard, but I manage real well. I've had to switch cores already because of honors. I really like my teachers too. I've been really busy lately, with homework mostly. Gym is hard, too. We have to do push ups, dynamic warmups, and more. Every Wednesday we have a huge Fitness run. I got a 4 in muscular strength and endurance. Glad to talk to you guys again!

Also, my school day is really really long. 8:30-3:45, and 8:30-2:15 on Wednesdays. I've started buying school lunch and packing my own to keep myself awake during the day.

I learned that monument walls have to be heterogeneous so the wall will be strong and won't collapse.

If hurricanes and even tornadoes can't destroy pyramids but they can destroy our land? They were so smart.

Sheesh, Mr. Meyer, 6 minute mile?? That's crazy. The best I could do was 2 miles in 18 minutes. In math we are learning a bunch of modeling (which is very difficult for honors kids because we tend to just know the answer right away and it's hard to model it). We just started integers of decimals and fractions which isn't too difficult we just need practice. We do a fitness run every two weeks and if it's rainy that day we do a pacer. The mountains are already getting a boatload of snow over here. The only thing that kinda stinks about my school is we're not allowed to wear sports jerseys (NOOOOOO WHAT ABOUT MY MANNING JERSEY?!) Anyway, great to hear from everybody again.

I learned a few things, one of them is that one slab weighs as much as a car, the pyramids are even more prcise than some of the buildings we have today, and that the Great Pyramid of Giza is the last standing structures of The 7 Wonders of the World

Don't worry, I have a comment in mind, but uh, Mr. Meyer, are any other people going to comment on this video? Because all I did was click on a tab that my sister made and it brought me to this video on your blog. Anyway, I think it is so awesome that the Pyramid of Giza, is the only one of the 7 wonders of the world, that is still standing!

The Great Pyramid of Giza is one of the world's 7 wonders and it is still standing. The Great Pyramid of Giza is 455 feet tall and it's volume is 91,230,000 ft cubed. King tut died when he was 19. There are over 130 pyramids still in Egypt. The Great Pyramid of Giza took 20 years to make only! There were an estimated 2.3 million stone blocks in the Great Pyramid of Giza, weighing an average of 2.5 to 15 tons each. That's a total of 5,750,000 tons to 34,500,000 tons. Each side has an area of 5.5 acres. The surface area is 1,500,000 feet.
