I think the volcano in Antarctica is kind weird because I never thought there would be any due to the cold weathers. But I was wrong. After Watching this video I learned that some volcano are dormant and some are kind of active.

Antarctica is an EXTRAORDINARY place. We always think about Antarctica as the coldest place on earth, but there are volcanos! That's CRAZY! I also wonder why 'Ivan the Terra Bus ' is called 'Ivan the Terra Bus '. Finally, I think that it's so cool how they can stream the McMurdo Station online! I wonder if you can see Mount Erebus in the cameras because they are on the same island.

It is really cool how the coldest place on earth has a volcano even though volcanos are super hot. Would it be the same heat as normal lava or would the cold air of antartica make it colder. I never even thought that there would be something really hot like a volcano that erupts lava at Antarctica.

It is so cool that there is a live picture that updates every 20 seconds. Is there someone there who is taking the pictures and updating them very quickly, or is it just a robot? (maybe Hank made the robot if it is one)

I think that it is very cool that something as hot as a volcano could exist in Antarctica, since it is the coldest place on Earth. It is also cool that Mount Erebus is an active volcano, but something that I would like to know is if Mount Erebus erupts normal lava (normal, as the lava most other volcanoes erupt), or if it erupts a different type of lava because of the temperature. I thought maybe since it was so cold in Antarctica, it could change the lava before it erupts, or it changes when it erupts.

Antartica is a CHILLY place. I never thought thier was volcanoes in Antartica. As I said, it is a chilly place and even if there was a volcano, i thought that since it is so cold there, they would not happen. I was wrong

Wow! It is so cool how hot stuff can erupt in Antartica because it is CHILLY. I never knew that volcanoes can even erupt. From the cover page, it is so weird how their is smoke which is super white and also big. I thought nothing hot could even erupt in Antartica.

When I think about volcanos, the first thing that comes to my mind is black, red, ashes, and fire. I never would've thought about snow, white, and ice. In this video, I was surprised. There was a volcano in the coldest place I know! Antarctica! This can prove that not all volcanos are red, dark, sad vibes, tragic, or fire. Some can be pretty! Like a snow volcano, which actually sounds pretty weird.

Wow! I think that it is really cool how something as hot as a volcano can exist in a place as cold as Antarctica! Especially an active volcano, because if it erupts lava in a place as cold as Antarctica, I wonder what would happen. Would the lava falter and become hardened and not as hot because of the cold, or would the lava be too hot and it could melt some of the ice and it would be on the ground for a while. I also wonder whether the lava is the same as the eruptions in other places, because maybe the sheer cold of Antarctica can change the lava or its form, before it erupts, or after it erupts. Antarctica is a really cool place!

I think that the coldest place on Earth has something like a volcano, because volcanoes are extremely hot, and when it erupts, the lava can reach temperatures up to 2,200 Fahrenheit. I wonder if the coldest place on Earth changes the way that the volcano works in anyway, like if something from Mount Erebus differs from other volcanoes. I think that the sheer cold of Antarctica might change the lava in Mount Erebus either after it erupts, or before it erupts. Like maybe since it is super cold in the lava might start going into a slid kind of form.

I think that it is really amazing that a place like Antarctica has something as hot as an active volcano, as it is the coldest place on Earth. I wonder how the volcano there came to be, and how the lava stays normal in a place as cold as Antarctica is. I also wonder if Mount Erebus is like other volcanoes all over the Earth, as in is the lava that is in Mount Erebus the same as the lava in other volcanoes? Is the lava the same as other volcanoes' lava when it erupts? Finally, is the volcano itself the same as other ones? Like is the structure different in any ways? All in all, even though I have many questions about it, I think that it is really cool that something as hot as a volcano really does exist in a place like Antarctica.
