This motivational video was one of my favorites. The key words are "You Can.". You can do anything. One of the "wisdoms" I like is when it said "Can I do better." YES

To have a strong mind to me means ...to have a growth mindset because if you have a mindset that the word gas is funny means. You might not have a growth mindset which will effect when you grow up. If you have a growth mindset you probably will have a more successful life.

This motivates me to do more things that I can’t do better always push forward instead of leaving yourself behind. It’s also saying I can so I can do anything a hope for if I try doing it.

The working out for 16 minutes video was really hard but I pushed threw the challenge because i watched the other video first and it motivated me to do it for the better instead of quitting and not trying because I got tired. Even if I got tired someone at my camp said that just think of the results instead of the pain that your going threw and it will make you feel good.

I think this photo is telling us to never quit even if you think you cant do it. This workout was pretty challenging because my legs were hurting a lot.

This workout was challenging, but it also was good because the words you can, motivated me to keep going! I felt good after, and I felt like as if I had achieved something, and honestly I had! I was motivated, and I finished a pretty difficult workout, that's a win in my book!
