I really enjoyed this video because it shows the power of our decisions and mindset. It really does make that much of a difference, to start your day off feeling great. But, it's not only how you feel that makes the difference, more importantly, it's how you want to feel and how you behave or act to feel a way. By this I mean, if you wanted to make the choice to be unhappy with yourself, you would first have to choose to not do something or act in a bad way. I hope we can all choose to live happy lives and be good people. And if you can't manage to have a good day, that's ok! At least you tried! Whenever I have a bad day, it always cheers me up to be able to say to myself; "I was really happy today, and I tried my best!" That is why I liked this video.

I think that the quote "The only person you are destined to be is the person you decide to be" means that the person you are now can change, but you need to learn from your mistakes. So, if you want to be a better person, you have to try. Then you would make a mistake, and then you could help your future by learning what you did wrong, and then reflecting onto what you should do to be better. My dad said some of this, then I added onto this.

Believe, that you can do it. You can be who ever you want to be. Never give up on your self. Because if you do you will be able to climb over many obicles in life. If you don't believe in your self you'll be stuck climbing the same wall.
