Cool, he made a prosthetic arm from a 3D printer and it costs around $20.

This motivates me because I learned that you can make any thing if you put your heart into it. And if you have a 3-D printer!

Leon McCarthy's blood flow stopped at his arm so he didn't have an fingers. Paul McCarthy (Leon's dad) was searching for prosthetic arm that didn't cost much. Thanks to a wonderful person (who could've gotten money but didn't so he could help a kids life) named Ivan Owen (an inventor) he found how to make one online which costed really low. It was made by a 3D printer which normally costs $2000 but he got it for $20-$30.

This was so cool! It showed how newer technology can help in real world situations apart from just for fun. This boy, Leon, was born with no fingers on one of his hands. His dad was looking for a prosthetic arm that didn't cost much, and found one that was made from a 3D printer. This shows that 3D printers can do so much more than just make stuff for us when we want them. I also found a connection with this video. I used to know a girl who only had 2 fingers on one hand and they weren't even fully grown fingers. Seeing this video would have really inspired her that she can be like every other kid, and be able to pick things up, such as her pencil, or ride a bike. I really hope kind people like Ivan Owen, who invented this prosthetic arm, continue to help kids and adults with their 21st century technology. This would absolutely be changing the world

This one man changed this child's life by putting a video about making a 3-D prosthetic hand. Now Paul is able to do things that thought he could never do because his family didn't want to pay for a 30,000 dollars prosthetic hand.

This video inspired me because the little boys dad never gave up on looking for a way to help his sons hand that is affordable. After his never giving up, he found a way and this shows that you should never give up.

It is insane how nice and caring people can be. This man helped out people in need so much by posting a video a of a prosthetic being created by a 3-D printer. When Leon grows out of the prosthetic his family just can print another on so Leon will always have on and will not have to pay 10k+ dollars for a real prosthetic.

WOW! This is amazing! This video shows that there are solutions for any problem even the ones that seem impossible. Leon is really lucky that he was able to get something like his prosthetic hand. This also shows how much technology has advanced. This is awesome.
