It helps me to breath and push all my troubles and stress away. After doing that I feel calm and my brain is full of happy thoughts.

This can help because if you meditate you can become calm if you are mad at a sibling or mad in general. It pretty much relaxes your brain.

I think # 20. It helps you sleep better, would help me the most. This is because sleep makes you feel better, and you always want to feel good.

If you do meditation and yoga for 10 minutes each day then it will help your body.

All of the benefits are great, but the most helpful is 12 because its like all of the benefits combined. The video really helps me to calm down and be better.
