So I watched the be grateful what you have video and it was kinda sad. The guy in the fancy car said ''I wish I wish I had a helicopter'' then it went all the way to a guy in a wheel chair who said ''that guy gets to go wherever he wants to go''. So it's just sad people always want things. Some people live in mansions and some people live on the streets. My mom always tells me when I complain to be very grateful for what you have and what you can afford. So just don't complain, and if you do just think about all those people in Africa and Asia and even here in Philadelphia so just think about what you have and what other people don't have. Like Mr Meyer said it's all about perspective.
I watched the first video and it was kind of sad like Sharvi said. When the first guy said "I want a helicopter" he doesn't know that how rare it is to have a helicopter. It is still enough to just have a car. Very enough to have a lamborghini. My mom always said to me, "eat those vegies, there's people who doesn't even have food to eat" I can understand what she means. I think you shouldn't be so insecure about your belongings. Focus on the things you have, not the things you can't get.
I watched the be grateful video. Even though I’ve seen this one before it’s still gets me every time. Every time I watch it I still think about everything I have. Great family, Nice warm food, a roof over my head, clothes, and so many more. But after watching this video I keep thinking about how not everyone has that. The guy in the wheelchair is what makes me the most sad because everyone is always greedy, wanting a helicopter when you have a brand new car. But the person in the Wheelchair doesn’t get much. They can’t run and walk and play the same way we do. I feel bad for those who don’t have as much as we do. That’s why I really want to help out the world when I get a bit older; there’s so many reasons to.
I watch the first and second video, this comment is only about the first. It’s very sad. Human beings just one more and more and more. They almost never appreciate what they have. The man with the very expensive car, wants a helicopter. It goes on and on and on. My dad always says to me stop looking at what other people have, and appreciate what I have. Like if I have a bowl, ice cream, and my sibling has a bowl of ice cream also, but theirs is a tiny bit bigger, you get upset. Appreciate what you have, don’t look at what others have. There are people out there who don’t even get a meal a day. If anything, they should be the ones looking at what other people have, and wishing that they had that. As a kid, I sometimes do this. Now I will try to be better.
The second video is good. It’s cool, how you can make illusions. It’s easy to make illusions when you paint, but not so much when you take pictures. It’s cool how you can make images combined.
