This article was very interesting and you should post an article about how much food you need on a daily basis. I can't believe that your only supposed to drink 74 oz. Of water!

you should drink about 2 to 3 bottles of water because. If you don’t drink enough it could cause dehighgrashon and it is good for you. If you are playing a sport that is a thing to drink. For your three meals of the day water is a good thing to drink douring the meals. That is how much water you should drink a day and why.

I think that we should drink 3 bottles of water a day so we do not dehydrate and so we do not get headaches. On hot summer days we should drink 5 bottles a day, because if we do not we might faint.

At first, I thought that you should drink 3-5 liters of water daily, but after reading the article it states "...each person should drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day, which total about 1.9 liters (64 ounces) of water." So, 1.9 liters of water daily. I think it is important to drink a good amount of water per day especially if you like to exercise. Also, often when people are dehydrated (or they don't drink enough), they often get headaches or worse they faint. Last time I checked those are NOT good things. Therefore, you should drink a healthy amount of water each day.
