It taught me a lot of things I didn't know about Harriet Tubman like when she was escaping she had a 40,000 dollar bounty

Good job on your black history month project Caroline. It looks like you put a lot of effort into putting together the facts and train. The fact that amazed me was number 3 where Harriet Tubman`s capture was worth $40,000 which proves that she was so good at helping slaves that slave owners put a huge reward on her.

It amazed me that Harriet Tubman risked her freedom and safety to help other people escape from slavery. The prize for finding her was $40,000 because she was a person that people wanted to punish her a lot and they did not want more slaves to escape.

One fact that surprised me was that she had adopted a girl after the civil war. I wonder if she has also been an influential person like Harriet Tubman? I also think it was amazing that if you caught her she was worth $40,000!
