We should not use plastic. If there is an alternative that's biodegradable than that would be awesome. I heard that there is biodegradable plastic

Before this video I did not know that that much trash is in the ocean. But the most dangerous part is actually the...the...NURDLLES(also known as mermaid tears). We should not use as much plastic as we do know. THANKS FOR READING!!! #GOPHILLIES

This video shows how we should minimize our use of plastic and to remember to recycle after ourselves.#GoPhillies!

After looking/video at this picture i didn't know that there was this much trash hidden in the ocean. It makes me wounding how long ago this started to happen. I wounder if all that trash will ever be picked up or will it just sit there and get bigger as time goes on. If that much trash is in the water an ending up on land that makes me think that people need to start using reusable bag, water bottle an lots more. I am an animal lover and if animals in the water are eating that then they die like what happens if a creature goes extinct that will make a big impact on what we eat because maybe a fish that we eat everyday goes and then more and more over time. Then there is a big problem and especially in the food chain. These garage patches in the ocean just really really scare me on what can happen in the future.

It is terrifying to see how much the Pacific ocean is polluted with plastics and how the toxic stuff eventually gets into our food.

The Giant Garbage Island will likely double in size in the next ten years. Scientist found plastic in 9% of ‘Garbage Patch’ fishes. There are 7 billion pounds of non recyclable plastic are produced every year. 7% of the plastic in the U.S. is recycled. START RECYCLING PEOPLE!
