This is great advice. I agree that people shouldn't be judged on how smart they are or their grades. But, how they help others and their personality. It reminds me of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" Speech.

I think it means that it doesn’t matter about how intelligent you are but it matters about who you are. I know this because it says that your test score doesn’t matter as one of the examples but it matters on how you respond to a bad day or if your a substitute teacher and the class you teach is super crazy.

I really like this video because it is saying it is not how you do o the tests it is about determination. How far can you go without stopping. That is what I would want for some one on my team someone with grit and determination. Never give up!

I really liked how she said “I have never asked someone to explain a grade while interviewing them.” I Like this because it shows she actually does what she says. A lot of adults say one thing to do the other. I can tell Michelle Obama really feels the person you are really matters because she uses that statement in every day life.

I think this most certainly applies to what I am doing right now. Think about it, my team is just barely winning and I told my team that I would help us win. That I wouldn't do what feel like I do all the time nd just let them complete it. I feel like when I am with someone who does it all for me I have no purpose. So I am willing to change that I will help my team I will help us to the best of my ability's, I will be there for my team if we lose and I will be the loudest to cheer when we win, I will push. I will do this with all I have in me, to my team I am sorry I never help. I am changing that now. I will comment on the Weebly as much as I can to help my team. And I know with every fiber in my body that I am helping my team and that is what pushes me that is where I am going to start and that is how I will build myself up so I can have all the skills I need. The small things are where it starts. The small things are how you get there

In life, it doesn't matter how high your test scores are, or how smart you are. It matters how you handle mistakes and problems that happen in life. How responsible you are to handle the problems matter in life. To show that you can take care of your own problems in life, is more important than any test grade.

I think this is a very good video, because it teaches a very good lesson. It doesn't matter all about your grades, your test scores, how good you've done in things. It matters about how hard you're willing to work, how hard you have worked, what you're willing to do. It doesn't matter very much about what you've done in the past. It's also about not giving up, it's about willpower, determination, how hard you can get hit and still get back up. This shows that it doesn't matter too much about what you've done in the past, it's about what you're willing to do for something.

Michelle Obama is an amazing person. She is my black history month person and when I researched her I found out that she did some astonishing things. But, I think the message of this video is that your test scores or your iq doesn't matter when you are out in this world. If things are unfair you have to have the self control to stay calm and you have to have the grit to keep moving. In that moment it doesn't matter about your test scores or how smart you are it only matters about who you are. We should be judged on grit and character in school as well as academics because they are just as important if not more important than your test scores. If you don't have a good character all your intelligence goes out the window. You can be the smartest person in the world and it would still apply to you. The good thing about this is that even if you weren't doing this before you can start now and I guarantee you that your life will be better for it. It will help you get jobs, solve problems and most of all it will help you be successful. Not just in work but in life. Intelligence will only take you so far, but hard work, perseverance, and and willpower will take you to the end.

I really like this video because it inspires a lot of people. It does not matter about what you get on a test or how you did on your report card. It matters about how hard you worked to get to that position. If you are not willing to work and try hard, you are doing the opposite of what she said through this whole video. It doesn't matter if you are so good at every subject. It matters on the work you do, and how hard you work for that. In conclusion, we should not be super overconfident and tell others that we are good at it without showing how we are so good at it.

I think this is a good video because it teaches us good things. It doesn't matter about what we got on a test or what we got on a grade. It matters on how hard we work on that and the effort we put in that. It doesn't matter about the work we did in the past. It matters on the hard work and the effort we put into that work we did.

I like this video because they really inspire lots of people. Michelle Obama is a helpful, kind, and smart lady. She is telling us that it does not matter on what we got on a test. It matters on how hard we worked for that goal to be true. We have to prove ourself correct and not let other people think we are some human being who is dumb and stupid. It is a good video because we can help ourself by doing this and we can prove to other people that we are a smart and intelligent person so we can make the world a happier place.

I like this video because this is inspiring. Michelle is a helpful person. It does not matter about the grades, it does not matter what we got on a test, it matters on how hard we worked to get to that spot. If you tell someone that i got a good grade and you just copied someone you will not know a single thing. When we are doing something, we should prove that we are good at doing whatever we are doing. This video helped me because if i look at an answer and just put down the answer, my work will not be their and i will have no clue how to do whatever i am being taught. This video could help a lot of people and could change peoples lives.

To start off Michelle Obama is a really great speaker and person and what she says is vey inspirational. I think this means if you fall get right back up if you fail train and practice until you get it. If you are the worst at something practice until you are the best. I agree with Michelle Obama and I think this video is awesome. The main point is NEVER GIVE UP!
