I learned that when you first put the chick into the cage you need to dip neck into the water so they know the water is and how to drink from it.

I think this is a really good website because we can learn a lot and I think you should have gave a test to us instead of jeopardy.

I learned from this video that warm temperature and water are needed at the beginning of the chick's life.

I am really glad that I watched this because now I know how chicks first get out of there egg and I thought it took shorter than that to hatch out

Cool! I learned they take a long time to hatch. We will have the chicks right?

It was so cool to see how chicks develop from nothing to something and how to take care of them when they are born.

I can't wait to learn about embryology and raise the chickens. In enrichment, we are already doing a project about chickens.

Are we going to set up our chickens like that. It looked like that when we saw in 4th grade. They usually take 21 days to hatch. In the egg they don't look very good but once they come out they look nice.

These chicks are so cute. I never thought about a chick devolving in an egg before. It only takes 21 days or more for the chick to hatch. Compared to a human baby that is crazy because it normally takes 9 months or so for the baby to be born.

This video taught me awesome things like how the feathers develop, how the beak comes out, how the chick first looks like a seahorse, and so much more! It is cool that I can see the inside of the egg.
