I totally agree that the story is like the cozy corner. I think it is cool that the kids don't want to leave the classroom because it is so comfortable. I agree that comfort seating will help student participate because, when they are in an environment they like, it might make them more at home. By the way, the passage is very interesting.

This article is really interesting! it sounds great that kids in that are in that school, Anderson Elementary school, are able to have a classroom with 2 couches on each side, blankets, bean bags/rocking chairs, and foam buoys. I can see why this article is up on the weebly.

Reading the story helped me think of new ideas. One of the ideas is that if kids feel comfortable and relaxed while doing work, they could maybe even do their work better. Kids could even get higher grades from being comfortable and relaxed. Another way kids could get higher grades from working on couches, bean bag chairs, blankets and more is because they won’t be stressed all day. As long as they get their work done they will be able to lounge around and relax. If my ideas are true I definitely think that all classrooms should have comfy chairs and blankets instead of normal hard and plastic ones.
