This technique really helped me calm down a lot and get my thoughts collected. To anyone that hasn't tried this I really recommend trying this when you are stressed out or you just need a little break from your work.

This way of breathing is amazing! It helps be calm and if I get stressed out over something I can use this technique to help.

The form of breathing very much helps when you need to calm down. When you are having a bad day, try this just to relax. It is so short, you can slip it into any of your breaks, or could do it for a long period of time and put it on a loop. The fact that the Navy Seals do it really shows how breathing can be very helpful to focus.

This is actually healthy for you. Don't feel stressed, just try to calm down by watching this video. When your feeling sad, watch this video. If you just got a bad news, watch this video. If your drowning and u have your phone with you, watch this video. Staying calm can make your goals happen.

I really like the box breathing a lot because when I have a sports match or have trouble doing something, I stress out a lot. I tried the box breathing couple of times and it helped me concentrate and focus on the subjects I have to accomplish. I noticed that the Navy Seals do show how breathing can be very helpful to focus and lead the way.

When I sleep sometimes I get anxiety because it’s just wasting the day and this helps. It relieves stress and it makes you more calm. Also you should do this if your real sad about something. Also it makes you more able to focus

I like box breathing a lot because when ever I take a really bad test, go in a sports match, or stressed out on something, I use this video to help me calm down. This video should be used anytime for any reason. If you're hurt outside and no one is with you and if you have a phone use this video to cool off and calm down, so after you could stand up and walk up for help. When you graduate to middle school and starting a day there stresses you, you could always use this video to calm you down. Maybe a little bit.
