The answer would be 7cm x 6 cm which equals 42cm2.

The answer is 42cm sq. because area formula is length times width. Using this idea you should get 42cm sq.

The area is 42 cm. I got this by doing to length x the width.

42 in sq. I know this, because I used the formula; Length times width = area. So, I did 6 times 7, to get my area of 42 in sq.

This makes it easier to find area of an irregular shape.

The answer is 42 because to find the area you have to do length times width and the length is 7 and the width is 6. 6 times 7 is 42.
